American Saving Bank Mortgage Rates Update 4/29/22

Mortgage rates are unchanged from last week.
10 year Note closed at 2.89% on Friday.

GDP fell 1.4% and down from the 6.9% in Q4 2021.
The quarterly PCE inflation data rose to 7% from 6.4%.

Markets will focus on the FED meeting next week – May 3rd & 4th.
A 50bp interest rate hike from the Federal Reserve is widely expected.

 

住宅ローン金利は、先週と変わらず。
10年債は金曜日に2.89%で終了。

GDPは1.4%減少。2021年第4四半期の6.9%から減少。
四半期ごとのPCEインフレデータは6.4%から7%に上昇。

市場は来週の5月3日と4日のFED会議に注目、50bpの利上げを予測している。
