American Saving Bank Mortgage Rates Update 6/3/22

Mortgage rates are tad higher than last week as 10 year note went up 2.96%

The Unemployment Rate was unchanged at 3.6%
Weekly Initial Jobless Claims are at lows seen since 1970.
Tech corporate earnings are showing the slowdown in labor coming.
Tech companies in May laid-off employees at the highest rate in two years.

週の失業保険申請件数は、1970年以来の低水準。
ハイテク企業収益は、減速を示唆。
