30 year Fixed Conventional mortgage rate went down to 4.875% from 5.25%(June 17th Friday) as 10 year yield went down to 3.13%.
Existing Home Sales fell 3.4% in May from April to an annual rate of 5.41M units. Compared with May 2021, home sales were down 8.6%.
Unemployment benefits fell by 2,000 last week to 229,000 but jobless claims remained near a five-month high
