American Saving Bank Mortgage Rates Update 7/1/22

On Friday, 10 year Note yield has declined to 2.88% from 3.50% in mid- June.
30 year conventional rate went down to 4.625% on Friday.

Q1 2022 GDP came in at -1.6% from -1.5%
Right now, Q2 is forecasted at 0.3% (Q2 2022 GDP will be released on July 28)

Home Price Index rose 21.2% annually in April, up 1.8% monthly.

Consumer Confidence fell to 98.7 this month, lowest since February 2021.

住宅価格指数は4月に昨年より21.2%上昇し、先月より1.8%上昇

今月の消費者信頼感指数は98.7に低下し、2021年2月以来の低水準となった。
