Conventional 30 year fixed rate went up by 0.25% from last Friday – 4.75% as 10 year US Note went up to above 2.90% (first time since November 2018), and time before that was October 2011!!! (Housing price was much lower than today)
March Existing Home Sales fell 2.7% from February to an annual rate of 5.77M units.
March Housing Starts were up 0.3% to an annual rate of 1.793M units, and Permits rose 0.4% to 1.873M.
Weekly Initial Jobless Claims hover at a 52-year low of 184K.
